Tishman Speyer commissioned our Chief Storyteller Robert Young to design a one of a kind move-in gift for the grand opening of Phase 1 of Crossing DC. Crossing DC is a remarkable 850,000 sqft residential property in the heart of the Nation’s Capital’s rapidly growing Navy Yard neighbourhood. The venture is Tishman Speyer’s first residential development in Washington DC and boasts a remarkable list of amenities directed at wellness and influenced by art. This made it the perfect fit for the creation of an original R7-designed and customized Art-influenced Welcome Gift featuring integrated fine art elements and products for over 400 units and 10 luxurious penthouses.
